As a member of the development community  we will:

- *Work collaboratively towards achievement of the Shared Vision for the platform as described in the **[Platform Manifesto](https://cambridge-collections.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDCP/pages/105709895)** and abide by the key principles.*
- Commit to collaborating on development of the common features of the platform where local resources allow.
- Contribute to collaborative decision making on the future development of the platform through engagement with the Steering Group and/or Dev Forum.
- Ensure local developments can be contributed back to the wider platform community.
- Engage with the community tools provided to ensure maximum transparency and openness.
- Regularly evaluate the impact of the platform and its collections.
- Ensure both technical and curatorial colleagues are included in key decisions.
